Call Pilot Voice Mail

1. New Norstar voice mail with additional features.
2. The system comes with 10 mail boxes and can be expanded to a total of forty (40).
3. There is (90) nine hours for recording messages in the system
4. Each mail box can have “outbound transfer” which allows the caller to have the call transferred on the BELL Line to an other number such as a cell phone number.
5. Calls can be recorded and saved in an individuals mail box if requested.
6. The auto attendant can answer for a total of three different business.
7. Information mail boxes can be set up without adding additional mail boxes.
   

Personal Mail Boxes

1. Each user would have their own private voice mail box.
2. Users can program their own “outbound transfer” number.
3. Calls can be recorded in the mail box.
4. Each mail box can have allotted time for messages.
5. Mail can be easily retrieved internally at the phone they are stored on.
6. Mail can be easily retrieved from off site as well.

Voice mail Automatic Attendant

1. The system provides an “Auto Attendant” for your business.
   
2. The “Auto Attendant” can answer all the time and the caller can choose the extension they wish to dial or it can be used as a back up answer system for when the main answering station is not “manned”.
   
3. Callers can be directed to an extension or information mailbox by a recorded greeting message with the information need for your business.
   
4. Main business greetings can be used at different times of the day to tell callers of their options. The greetings can be customized with the help of your installer and trainer.
   
5. Caller can be directed to dialed destinations using custom call routing. Example: “Press 1 for sales”.
   
6. Callers can be directed to a duty person with a cell phone using out bound transfer by dialing a one digit number. Connecting your customer and not revealing the cell number.

The Norstar Telephone System

1. The Norstar System comes with new software and one, 4, telephone line connection card and 16 connection ports for telephones.
   
2. This system can be expanded to a total of 8 telephone lines and 24 telephone ports.
   
3. The system has Calling line ID. Calls that ring on a phone can be observed before answering and allowed to go to voice mail if you decide not to answer it.
   
4. There are many features available at each phone just by pressing a button by the user. The features can be customized at each phone for the individual user by your installer and trainer.

The New T7316 telephone

1. The T7316 telephone is the new phone that bridges the M7310 and the M7324.
   
2. The T7316 telephone has 16 buttons for lines and features.
   
3. This is the phone you want if you have more than 5 lines.
   
4. The T7316 telephone can be used at your reception desk for your receptionist or main answering person to use.
   
5. The T7316 telephone can have buttons programmed ( busy lamp buttons), with the internal numbers of important people in your company. This allows the Receptionist to transfer just by pressing one button and she can see if the person is using the phone because the light beside the button will be lit up if they are. Calls then can be transferred to voice mail or held until the person is off the phone.
   
6. The T7316 telephone can have a module attached to it to give it 16 additional buttons for busy lamp positions. All personnel can have their extension programmed on it and have a lighted button for the receptionist.
   
7. Buttons not used for busy lamps, can be programmed for features or for dialing numbers.
   
8. The T7316 telephone can have hands free. The hands free feature can be used to retrieve voice mail and make calls while waiting for the called person to answer.

2. This is the phone you want in the kitchen or lunch area to give you a phone you can answer calls on during lunch or for your employees to make calls on during lunch. It can be programmed with calling restrictions to prevent unauthorized long distance if required.
3. The M7208 and the T7208 telephone is just your basic utility phone. It is not designed to be an efficient work station. In a smaller company with only 2 or 3 lines it can be used adequately however.

B. Using the proper headset designed for the Norstar telephone keeps your cost down. You do not need fancy hand set lifters and external amplifiers.

C. You just have the headset. It comes with a long cord that is easily disconnected if you have to get up from your desk to retrieve information.
